Hey everyone! I'm a bit confused about the Parkside Performance Tracksaw options available online. There are two models: the PPTSA 20-Li C3 priced at €109, and the PPTSA 20-Li B2 that's listed for €169. They both claim to have the same specifications and features, including compatibility with the 'smart battery packs' and come with two guide rails. Can anyone clear up what differentiates the two models?

The pricing does seem strange, but I heard the cheaper one (the C3 model) is actually the newer and improved version. So if you're looking for the best option, definitely go with the C3.
From what I've gathered, the pricing looks off because they want to balance it out. It seems the average price they want for these tools is around €135, so they priced the newer one lower to encourage sales. The C3 is the one I'd recommend based on this pricing strategy.
I found a YouTube video that mentioned some differences in functionality. For the older models, there were issues where they would go into 'sleep mode' and wouldn't come back unless you removed the battery. The newer one improved this, plus it has better light functionality. But I confused it with the impact wrench models, so take that info with a grain of salt!
But what exactly makes it 'improved'? I need to know more before I decide! 😂
