What’s the easiest plant to keep alive that you always end up killing?

I'm curious about plants that everyone says are easy to care for but still end up being a challenge. For me, it's the rhaphidophora tetrasperma, also known as the mini monstera. I struggle with its tendency to get root rot, which is super frustrating! What about you all? Are there any plants you just can't seem to keep alive, even though they have a reputation for being easy?

Honestly, I’ve killed pothos more times than I can count. They’re alive, technically, but always on the verge of dying! Meanwhile, my ivy and philodendrons are thriving... what gives?

Spider plants are supposed to be easy, but mine's pretty much on its last legs! I don’t get it, I've tried so many things to revive it!

I've had zero luck with succulents. Like, they just do nothing for me! Once I figured out they really need that bright light, it seemed hopeful, but still no luck...except for my snake plants—those are pretty forgiving!
