I'm curious to know what everyone thinks is the easiest vegetable to grow. I've heard different opinions, and it seems like there might be a few contenders out there. What are your experiences with this?

I’ve had some luck with beans! They pretty much grow on their own without needing much attention at all. Plus, they’re really rewarding because they produce a good amount of food without much effort!
Totally agree! I’d add that peas can be just as easy if you start them early in the season.
