What’s the easiest way to cut holes for outlets in a wooden wall?
Asked by User12345!
I'm working on finishing my basement, and I found that the previous owner installed a half-inch thick plywood wall barrier on the center wall. I'm planning to put Sheetrock over it, but I need to cut some holes for additional outlets. What's the easiest and most cost-effective tool to use for this job?

I'd recommend using an oscillating multi-tool. It's great for making precise cuts, especially rectangular openings for outlets. Plus, it's a super handy tool to keep for future projects!

You could also go for a cut-out tool or a roto-zip saw. They work really well for this kind of job. Here's a link to one from Harbor Freight that might help: [link].
User12345!: Thanks! I’ll check that out.
