What’s the Kerf for the DWA181424 Blade?

Hey everyone, I'm reaching out for some help with a DWE7485 table saw I recently picked up used on Facebook Marketplace. It didn't come with a riving knife and the blade is pretty worn out. I'm looking to invest in a DWA181424 blade, but I'm having a hard time finding the kerf details to get the right riving knife. I've seen conflicting information online, and I really need someone with this blade to measure the kerf for me. If you have the DWA181424 installed, could you make a shallow cut in some scrap wood and measure the width of that cut? It should be around 1.8mm to 2.4mm according to what I've found. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help!

I measured my DWA181424 blade, and it came out to .071", which is about 1.8mm. You can find that info on the back of the blade, too! I'd recommend buying the stock riving knife for your DWE7485; it fits perfectly. You can grab it on Tool Service Net by selecting your saw type for the part number.

That’s awesome! If you could snap a pic of that measurement, it would definitely help out!

Definitely go for the stock riving knife as mentioned! Just a heads up though, Dewalt blades tend to be alright, but if you want something better, try Diablo blades. They’re really worth it and not too expensive!
