I had a rough start with my first round of indoor planting, but I'm gearing up for round 2. This time, I plan to incorporate perlite and fertilizer granules. What's the best percentage of perlite to use in my mix?

For a good mix, I usually go with about a 60/40 ratio of soil to perlite. If I'm making my own potting mix, I like to use equal parts of promix, earthworm castings, and perlite. It works great for a variety of plants!
Thanks for the tip! Would a 50/50 mix work too? Trying to keep it simple.
