I need to know the lowest amperage bus bar I can safely use with four Lifepo4 batteries connected in parallel, along with a 2000w pure sine wave inverter.

For your setup, a 200A bus bar should work perfectly. Just keep in mind, if your inverter is rated at 2000W, you shouldn't go over that since 12V x 200A gives you 2400W, which is a bit over your inverter's rating.
