I reached out to Milwaukee warranty about a week back because I'm having issues with my packout drawer sets—the lids and side rails are coming loose. I provided them with the serial numbers and the website suggested I either drop them off at a repair location that's about an hour away or wait for them to contact me. I even sent a video showing the problems, but I haven't heard back from them yet. Do I need to make the trip to drop these off without any sort of claim confirmation, or will Milwaukee contact me eventually?

I sent in an M18 impact on a Tuesday and it was back to me by the next Monday. Their warranty service is really impressive—very quick turnaround!
You should just call 1-800-sawdust; they'll help you sort it all out quickly! Don't wait too long, it's usually a pretty straightforward process.
I had a similar experience. I sent in my M12 adapter that wasn’t working and got a new one back in less than a week! Their warranty service is generally pretty fast, so you should hear back soon.
Thanks! I'll give that a shot.
