Hey folks, I've noticed some red danger tape hanging from different spots in my attic, and I'm curious what it might signify. I'm located in the Northeast, if that helps. Any ideas?

Red danger tape usually indicates safety hazards or areas that need caution. It could be pointing out structural concerns or areas off-limits for storage. It's important to check if there are any signs of maintenance issues up there.

Yeah, I've seen that before! It's definitely worth inspecting your attic further to see if there are specific points they want you to avoid.

I once had yellow tape in my attic warning against storing items in certain areas. If the tape is there, it might be wise to follow it and avoid putting anything heavy in those spots, just in case.
