I'm looking for recommendations on affordable finishes for shop furniture and jigs that still look good. Ideally, I'd prefer a clear or colorless option if possible. Any suggestions would be super helpful!

Honestly, I don’t bother finishing my shop projects at all. I find it isn’t necessary for most things I make, but that’s just my approach!
Just grab a 55-gallon tub of wood wax during Prime Day; it’s well-coated. Should last you a while!

I get that, but can I ask why you choose not to? Some finishes seem practical for certain projects.
