I’ve never managed to keep gardenias alive, although their fragrance and leaves are absolutely gorgeous. It feels like they have a death wish!
I've got a red homalomena that's so pretty, but man, it collapses if it gets even a bit dry. I've brought it back from root rot multiple times now! Thinking about just keeping it in water at this point.
Alocasias are definitely up there for me. They can be beautiful but they have no mercy when it comes to care!
I’ve tried my hand at Kalachloe. They look amazing but can really test your patience!
