I'm new to starting seeds in trays and recently planted some seeds that have domes to maintain humidity and warmth. I went on vacation for a week, and when I came back, I was thrilled to see that most of them have germinated! However, a few haven't come up yet. Should I wait for all of them to sprout before taking off the dome?

I generally wait until more than 50% of my seeds have germinated before I remove the dome. It helps keep the remaining seeds in a good environment to sprout up too.
I just use plastic wrap instead of a dome, and I take it off as soon as I see sprouts. It’s much easier for me that way!
I've never used a dome at all! I find my seedlings do fine without it.
You can definitely remove the dome for the seeds that have sprouted! The dome helps with humidity and warmth, but once they germinate, it’s good to get some airflow going to avoid fungal issues. For the seeds that haven’t sprouted yet, consider propping the dome open for a few hours each day to balance humidity without suffocating them.

That’s a good point, but it’s tricky if they’re in the same tray. How do you manage that?
