When Should I Repot My Echeveria: Now or Later?

I just got an Echeveria and it's in regular potting mix. I've read that the best time to repot is during spring or early summer, but I've also seen advice suggesting that I should change the soil right away. What's the best approach here?

If you're like me and keep your succulents indoors, I usually repot them immediately when I get them. I like to inspect the roots, clean them up, and put them into fresh soil that I prefer right away. It's a good way to ensure they start off healthy!

You can actually repot your Echeveria whenever you feel it's necessary. There's no strict rule about it needing to be spring or summer, so if you're ready to change the soil, go for it! Just make sure the new soil is suitable for succulents to keep your plant happy.
