Hey everyone! I'm looking to install a dishwasher in my house since doing dishes for my family of five feels like a never-ending chore. However, my kitchen has some unique dimensions that are causing a bit of a headache. I have a cabinet space that's 23 inches deep (or 23.5 if I remove the back panel), and the countertop height is about 34 1/4 inches from the floor. I need a dishwasher that fits within 22 to 23 inches in depth and a maximum of 34 inches in height. I haven't measured the width yet, but I'm hoping it won't be a problem. Do dishwashers with these odd sizes even exist in Canada? Any advice would be hugely appreciated!

You might want to check out standalone dishwashers on wheels! They can double as a kitchen island when you're not using them. We have one and it works great—just wheel it into a corner to save space.
I recently measured my own space and found that I could fit a standard dishwasher that’s about 23 inches deep. You're actually pretty close to fitting a standard unit! If your measurements are off, though, don't forget to look into apartment-sized dishwashers; they're smaller but can be a bit pricier.
That’s good to hear! Height is my biggest challenge, though. I could maybe trim a little bit off the counter lip, but definitely not more than two inches!

That sounds great, but my kitchen is super tiny and there's no room to maneuver that around! I'd have to chop off a cabinet, and that means refinishing the counter edge too, which is a hassle. I'm really just looking for a compact option.
