Hey everyone! I'm on the hunt for budget-friendly solar panels in the Seattle metro area that I can actually pick up. Most of the bigger companies seem to have their distribution centers way down south, like SanTan and A1 Solar. It's frustrating because even though we get a lot of rain here, people are still installing solar—only they usually go for installation companies instead of doing it themselves. Is there anyone here who knows a place that sells around ~400w solar panels for regular folks like me?

I think I found just what you need! Check out this listing on Craigslist for a 440W solar panel, seems like a solid option: https://seattle.craigslist.org/tac/for/d/tacoma-msolar-solar-panel-440w-ul/7852242596.html
Facebook Marketplace is a great resource for finding both new and used panels in good shape. People often buy whole pallets at a lower cost per panel and then sell the extras, which can really save you on shipping costs.
My wife and I built our own solar setup. Honestly, if you're just looking for payback, solar isn’t the best investment in the PNW due to the weather. But if you're into saving the planet or just want to impress the neighbors, it might be worth it. I’d definitely do it again, so I think you should give it a shot!
Have you thought about getting Aptos panels from Signature Solar? I scored 20 460W panels for $175, plus $150 for shipping. You can choose between mono or bifacial panels too!

Daaaamn. Might just do this.
