For the best results, I'd recommend getting organic garlic from local farmer's markets. I’ve always had good luck with it, and you’re supporting local farmers too!
In London, farmer's markets are a great place to find garlic, as they're less likely to offer treated cloves. I've also had good luck picking them up at the supermarket.
