I'm looking for advice on where to source sand for my soil mixes. I usually buy Dutch Treat sand from my local greenhouse, but they mentioned they can't get any this year. Any suggestions on suppliers or alternatives?

In my area, a lot of people use different grades of pumice that can go down to almost sand size. Even folks who grow carnivorous plants prefer using perlite instead of sand. Getting sand that's suitable for gardening is tough since most of what’s available is like beach sand, which is too fine to be useful for soil amendments.
I also have coarse and medium pumice. Can I mix regular potting soil with pumice, and if so, what’s a good ratio? I’ve typically done a 3:2:1 mix of potting soil, pumice, and Dutch Treat sand, but I'm wondering about swapping the amounts.
