I'm not very experienced with gardening and flowers, but I want to get some real dogwood flowers for my friend. I know dogwoods are trees, so I'm not sure if it's as straightforward as buying regular flowers. I've seen a lot of fake ones out there, but I'm really looking to find the genuine plant. Any suggestions on where to buy them would be really appreciated!

Dogwood flowers can be tricky to find. I’ve been gardening for many years and worked at a nursery, but I’ve never seen them for sale around here in the Delaware Valley. It's best to check local sources first.
You might want to ask a local florist if they can do a special order. Back when I worked in a flower shop in San Francisco, we sold them in-season, but it isn't common. They may be able to help you out!

Thanks for the tip!
