Where can I find specific hardwood floor planks to replace a small area?

I need to replace a 2 square foot section of my hardwood flooring but am having trouble finding the right size planks. I'm looking for 5/16 inch thick by 1-3/8 inch wide boards, but everywhere I check has widths of 2 inches or more. The subfloor in this area is rough, and I really don't want to have to replace the entire floor. Any ideas or recommendations?

You can actually make your own planks! Just grab some 2" boards and cut them down to your desired size. Just keep in mind that when it comes to wood sizing, the measurements are usually nominal. So, when you're looking for a width like 1-3/8", you might want to actually look for something labeled around 1-1/2" instead.

I totally forgot about that! It's been ages since I've done any DIY work. Thanks for the reminder!
