I've got a bunch of 5AH batteries lying around, but the smaller capacity batteries I've picked up second-hand are dying on me. It's super expensive to buy new 2AH batteries, and for my needs, an aftermarket option seems ideal. I'm searching for small, reliable batteries—I'm not interested in extended run times. Essentially, if a 2AH or even a 3AH battery functions similarly to a 1.5AH genuine product, I'm fine with that. The issue is finding vendors since platforms like eBay, Temu, and AliExpress mostly stock sizes 5AH and up. Has anyone come across any smaller options?

Honestly, I'm confused on the need for a 2AH. Those are pretty much thrown away by most people. But if you’re set on it, have you considered going for a 3AH instead? They tend to perform somewhat like 1.5AH or 2AH batteries.
You might want to check out Facebook Marketplace! It's hit or miss depending on your area, but you could find something useful there.

Actually, they're great for lightweight tools like drills and drivers. The smaller size is super handy!
