Hey everyone, I need some help figuring out what happened to my Mexican hat plant! I had it under a grow light and was trying to revive it since it had died before. It was only about two inches tall when I last checked on it. But today, when I went to turn on the grow light, the plant was completely gone! There's nothing left in the soil, and I can't find it anywhere. I'm really confused! Any ideas on how this could have happened? Thanks in advance!

This might sound harsh, but it could be that something or someone took it. Think about it—could a pet, a wild animal, or even a not-so-friendly neighbor have gotten to it? Or maybe it just walked away like my dead rat did once! I mean, you never know!
Did you happen to have any pets around? Sometimes they can be pretty sneaky and knock plants over or even munch on them! Also, check if there's a window nearby—maybe the plant got knocked out or fell out of the pot entirely. I once lost a plant because someone bumped it off the balcony by accident!

Haha, I had a similar experience! I trapped a rat once, and it left a bloody trail behind till it found a hiding spot in my house. Talk about a mystery! Yikes!
