Where to Find or How to Make HDPE Setup Blocks?

I'm on the hunt for some high-density polyethylene (HDPE) setup blocks, specifically the 1-2-3 type. I want something accurate that can handle the occasional mishap without me throwing a fit. I often use these on my tablesaw and miter saw decks. While I know wood blocks work, I'm looking for something more precise. I've seen those Eva blocks but they don't seem like the right fit for me. Any tips on where to find or how to make these?

Cutting aluminum setup blocks is doable with TCT tools, just keep in mind that you'll have to budget for replacement blocks if things go wrong. So if you're considering this option, be sure you’re okay with the investment. It's safer than using steel blocks, especially if you're careful!

I hadn't thought of that! Thanks for the heads up. My saw's a SawStop, so it’s a bit tricky since it still triggers the brake after shutting off. Just a heads up, you might want to think about that too.
