I'm trying to decide which Accu Burr to purchase since I see there are a couple of sizes available. Do I need to measure the thickness of all my card scrapers to figure out the right one?

I grabbed the smallest Accu Burr when it first released, and it works perfectly for all my card scrapers. It's way easier than the other methods I used before. The bigger one is handy for scraper plane blades, but I haven't used it myself. If you have the budget, I’d say go for the bigger one just in case!
Honestly, you don’t need to spend $70 on any fancy metal tool, so don’t let that price tag pressure you! There are cheaper alternatives that work just as well for sharpening your scrapers.

That's exactly what I've been thinking too! I just use a nail punch and it's served me fine so far.
