I'm an 18-year-old working in construction, helping my dad with remodeling houses. I've mostly been using corded power tools, plus a Rigid drill. I'm considering whether to invest in Flex or Milwaukee tools. I'm particularly interested in the Flex 6-tool combo kit due to its affordability and the comprehensive lineup they offer. I'm thinking about using Flex 24V tools combined with Milwaukee 12V ones. Any thoughts on which brand might be better?

Ultimately, it boils down to your budget and what you can easily find locally. While some tools might finish a job a second faster than others, the difference probably won’t have a big impact on your work or earnings. Just go for the kit that suits your needs best! Personally, I've had great experiences with Milwaukee tools, but I wouldn't hesitate to use Makita or Dewalt either.
Honestly, I've tried both brands. My experience with Flex tools hasn't been great—I've even used them as spacers during framing! I ended up putting a lag screw right through a Flex drill while using my M18 impact. From my perspective, Milwaukee just seems to be the better choice overall.
I’ve got both Milwaukee and Ryobi tools. I lean towards Milwaukee because I find them really reliable, even if I sometimes buy them on sale for fun. Honestly, Ryobi has done well for me too, but I just enjoy the Milwaukee gear more. Just make sure whatever you choose fits your actual needs in your projects!
