Which Charger Should I Get for My DCB203 Battery Operating at 220-240V?

Hey there! I recently moved overseas and brought some Dewalt tools that run on the DCB203 20V max battery. Unfortunately, my current charger (DBC1104) only works with 110V-60Hz, and I'm worried about using a transformer due to the frequency differences. Can anyone suggest a suitable charger that functions properly at 220-240V and 50-60Hz? Also, I noticed that the DCB094 seems like a good option since it uses USB-C and has power delivery, but it only transfers 100W. Dewalt has cables rated for 240W, so I'm curious if an upgraded charger might be on the horizon. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

The DCB1104 comes in versions for different regions, like the DCB1104-GB for the UK and DCB1104-QW for Europe. It's a 4 amp charger, though I'm not sure if they're available in Jordan. You could check for the DCB112 or DCB107 as they are 2 amps and might be easier to find, but they will charge your batteries more slowly. Remember, any 18V or 20V charger should work for your battery packs, as they’re interchangeable outside the US where they’re often labeled as 18V.

Thanks for the info! I’m glad to know that the voltage labels are different. I’ll definitely ask around at local hardware stores for the UK or Europe variants.

Just a heads-up, the DCB094 isn’t a traditional charger. It can either charge from a wall outlet or use the 20V battery to charge your phone. This bidirectional feature could come in handy for various devices!

That bidirectional feature sounds useful! Plus, I've got a Dewalt USB-C cable too. Looks like this could charge faster than an AC adapter since it supports 100W.

The charger you need actually depends on the outlet type in your current location. For instance, the UK and New Zealand have different plug styles. It would help to know where exactly you are situated!

I'm in Jordan, where we have a mix of EU (Type E/F) and UK (Type G) plugs. I can easily find plug adapters here, but the dual voltage support is what really matters for me.
