Hey everyone, I'm in the market for an impact driver and an inflator to keep in my Land Rover. I need these tools mainly for a few tasks—changing tires occasionally and connecting a hitch for a trailer. I'm currently torn between the M12 Stubby and the M18 Fuel impact wrenches, but I'm not certain how much power I'll actually need. Additionally, I'm considering the Rigid M18 inflator because of its lifetime warranty, but I'm also drawn to Milwaukee's options due to their size and promotional pricing. Any advice or recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

Just curious, what kind of trailer are you planning to pull? I’ve dealt with dump and boat trailers, and I’ve never had to attach one using bolts. It seems like a different approach than usual, so I’m interested to know more about your setup!
If you're looking for an inflator, the Milwaukee M18 is definitely a top pick. It’s powerful enough for larger tasks beyond just small car tires. For the impact driver, I'd recommend getting the M18 as well; having a single battery system for both tools is super convenient. Just a heads up, if you actually mean an impact wrench instead, then you'd want something with medium torque—that should work well for your needs.
I'd be cautious with the M12 Stubby—it can have a tough time with things like hitch ball nuts, especially if they're rusted. I'd steer clear of that one for your hitching needs!
