I'm torn between getting the M12 Stubby and the M18 Compact impact wrenches. I already own an M18 1/2 high torque impact and a 1/4 impact driver. My main use for the new tool is brake and suspension work where the 1/2 inch won't fit. I'd love some advice from anyone who's used either of these tools!

If you want power in a small size, the M12 Stubby is a beast—it actually has twice the power of the M18 Compact. If you already have M12 batteries, you’ll probably find the Stubby more useful. And by the way, there's a new M12 subcompact wrench that has the same power as the M18 Compact but fits into even tighter spots!
The subcompact in particular is impressive! It works well in tight spaces, like inside appliances or machinery.
