Which Plants Really Attract or Deter Bees?

I'm trying to figure out if certain plants will attract or deter bees. I've read different things online about geraniums, marigolds, rosemary, lavender, and thyme. Personally, I notice that bees are all over my lavender, and they seem to hang out around rosemary and thyme too. What do you all think based on your experiences? Thanks!

I've noticed bees don't go near my marigolds at all! But they go crazy for my cucumber plants, basil, and strawberry flowers. Seems like they have their favorites!

The best way to attract bees is by planting flowers native to your area. They really love those! By creating a mini ecosystem in your yard, you can bring in all sorts of beneficial bees. More native plants mean more pollinators!

I'm doing the same! I've been researching which native plants attract different pollinators, instead of just picking any plant. Definitely going for native species!

That's a great idea! I've been meaning to include more native plants, but I still wonder if the ones I have like thyme, lavender, and rosemary will actually deter bees.

From my experience, bees absolutely love lavender and thyme. They seem to flock to those plants in my garden!
