I'm trying to figure out the best trade to help me fish a conduit from my basement to the attic. Should I hire a regular electrician, a low voltage specialist, or a general handyman? I want someone who's experienced enough to do this efficiently without having to tear out more walls than necessary.

I'd definitely go with a master electrician. This isn't really a handyman task, and unless the low voltage guy is fully certified, I'd be hesitant about them blind drilling through two wall plates at once.
You might find it's a good DIY project if you're up for it! Home improvement stores sell all the tools you'll need like electrician's drill bits and fish tape. Just be cautious; dealing with walls can be tricky, and you might end up needing to open them up if things get complex.
Honestly, an electrician is probably your best bet for this job. They deal with conduit all the time and know how to fish it through without wrecking your walls. Low voltage guys typically don’t handle full runs like this, so stick with an electrician.
