Hey everyone! I just picked up a new 20V cordless drill, but when I plug in the battery, it doesn't turn on. Instead, I just see a blue light blinking. Does anyone have any insight into what might be going on, or should I just return it to the store? Thanks!

Sounds like you might need to return it! The blinking LED typically means there's an error, and it isn't explained in the manual. Better to get your cash back while it's under warranty.
I've faced a similar issue with my 150Nm drill after a firmware upgrade went wrong. The app crashed while connecting and now I can't even reset it. If you’re in the same boat, returning it for a refund or exchange seems like the best move. It's possible it was a returned item that got resold.
Exactly! My 150Nm drill died during the upgrade too, nothing worked afterward. Had to take it back under warranty.
Ho lo stesso identico problema dopo il firmware.

Ok, thank you!
