Why are delivery times so long with Farmer Gracy and Gardening Express?

I ordered some items from Farmer Gracy and Gardening Express about 12 days ago. I was expecting my FG parcel to arrive today, but I'm still waiting on my Gardening Express order, which said it would take around 10 working days. Does anyone know if these companies are based overseas? It's frustrating because I only bought from them during their sale, and I'm not sure I'll order from them again after this experience.

Farmer Gracy is actually based in the Netherlands. I've been ordering from them for a few years, and overall, I've had a great experience! But I understand the longer wait times can be a hassle.

I’ve tried Gardening Express before, and while I was lucky with my order, I've heard the shipping can take up to a month. I’d recommend checking out local nurseries or UK-based suppliers instead; they often have higher quality plants and faster shipping. It's worth it in the long run!

Thanks for the tip! I’ll definitely look into local nurseries next time.

Sometimes with plant orders, they arrive when the plants are ready instead of all at once. What did you order? That might be affecting the timeline.
