Why Are My Seedlings Dying?

I got some kits for growing herbs and flowers, but I'm having a hard time keeping them alive. They seem to be dying one by one, and I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. I've been using a sprayer to water them, but should I be doing it differently? My tomatoes are fine, but my thyme and forget-me-not sprouts are struggling. I moved them outside since my mom thought they might need more sunlight, but I'm not sure if that was a good idea.

Have you thought about using a grow light? Depending on where you live, just placing them by a window might not give them enough light, especially if it's still chilly at night. If the temperature falls below 50-55°F, definitely bring them back inside.

Yeah, I'm just putting them by a window for now. It might be a good idea to let them sit outside during the day but bring them in at night, right?
