I've noticed my seedlings are really tiny even a month after they sprouted. My greenhouse gets quite cold at night, but during the day, the sun is very strong. I'm unsure whether I should bring them indoors until the night temperatures warm up, or if I should let them continue growing outside and accept that they're just starting off slowly. There are too many seedlings for me to move them in and out every day.

It really depends on what you're growing! Some plants can handle cooler temperatures, while others might get stunted if they stay too cold. For instance, tomatoes and peppers shouldn't be left in those cooler nights—they'll probably just struggle. But greens like chard and spinach might be okay, though they’ll probably stay smaller for a while. If it's just in the high 30s at night, I'd recommend bringing in the tomatoes and peppers to give them the best shot.
You're not alone; many experience this! I found a helpful video that explains what to do in such situations. You might want to check it out, it really helped me understand my seedling issues.

Thanks! I have a mix of things, including tomatoes and peppers. How cold can they actually tolerate?
