I'm having some trouble with my succulent propagation. I've been following the process: letting the cuttings callous over, placing them on a succulent mix with the cut end touching the soil, and watering only when the soil feels completely dry. However, I'm not seeing any success and I'm wondering what I'm doing wrong. Can anyone help?

It sounds like you're maybe giving them too much water. If the cuttings haven't developed roots yet, watering can cause them to rot. Try to keep them completely dry until you see some root development.
When you say they're dying, what do you mean exactly? Are they shriveling up, or becoming mushy? Leaf props can be tricky; not every cutting will take. If they're rotting, definitely skip the water.
Yeah, leaf props don't always work out, so don't get discouraged!
Just let them sit on the soil for a few months. If they have roots and new growth after that, then you can think about planting them. Patience is key with these!
