I've successfully grown potatoes every year, but this season, it seems like hardly any are sprouting. I planted them in mid-March, about three-quarters of a spade deep, just like usual. There hasn't been any frost, and the ground isn't waterlogged. The only thing I noticed is that it's been unusually warm lately. Could that be the issue? What could I have done wrong?

Mine only popped up after I gave them some water since it's been pretty dry. Maybe try watering them if you haven't already!
I feel you; my potatoes have just started growing too after a couple of weeks. They might just be a bit sleepy this year!
I'm in a similar boat! Only one sprout out of my earlies so far. Just keep giving them water and time—it can take longer than we expect!
I wouldn't stress too much just yet! I’ve got about half of mine up, and if you're really worried, you could gently dig around a few to see if they have started to root.
Hang in there! It usually takes more than just a few warm days for potato sprouts to emerge. The soil needs to warm up properly, and chilly nights can slow that down. Just be patient—things will start to sprout soon enough!

Totally agree! I think we just have to give them some time. I've seen similar situations before where it felt like forever before they came up.
