I noticed that Home Depot stocks a lot of DeWalt products, but the DeWalt StealthSonic shop vacuum isn't available in-store or online. Does anyone know why that is? I was wondering if it's related to their partnership with Ridgid vacuums, considering they seem to carry almost everything else from both brands.

DeWalt has some pretty complicated sales agreements with retailers, which means their entire product line isn’t always available everywhere. It seems like they enjoy making it hard for us to find what we want—it's definitely frustrating!
If you're set on a DeWalt vacuum, just keep in mind that Ridgid vacuums are actually really good. I've got one for my table saw, and honestly, they perform well!
Are the DeWalt StealthSonic vacs any quieter? I've heard they have some cool quiet tech, but I haven’t tried one yet.
Yeah, the StealthSonic vacs have a rebranded design. They’re made by Alton and are quieter than Ridgid vacs—definitely something to consider!
That's interesting! But have you noticed DeWalt's string trimmers aren't available at Lowe's either? Seems like there might be a pattern with how they're distributing their products.

Totally! My local contractor's supply store has all their stuff, but big retailers like Home Depot can be a nightmare when it comes to full availability.
