I'm curious about the choice some people make to just buy the impact driver instead of going for the full tool kit. What are the reasons for that? And what do you all think about the hammer drill too?

I've heard the impact driver is great for driving screws effortlessly, but I was wondering the same about that hammer drill. Some suggest it’s a must-have for tougher tasks, but if you’re only doing light work, the single driver might be all you need. It’s all about your specific needs, really!
I went with just the impact driver because I wanted something lightweight and easy to handle for quick jobs. The kit felt a bit overkill for what I needed! Plus, the impact driver has a lot of power for its size and is pretty versatile. The hammer drill is great, but I just didn't think I'd use it enough to justify the extra cost.
