I've noticed that Command Strips often peel apart like Velcro. Is that how they're designed to work, and are they meant to be reusable?

It sounds like you might have the Velcro-style Command Strips. Not all of them work that way, though—some are just adhesive strips without that hook and loop feature. Just a heads up, they can sometimes mess up your walls more than a nail would, depending on how you remove them!

PaintPro202: I've used them a bunch, about 50 times, and had no issues. Just followed the instructions, and they've hung in there well on painted walls.

StickySituation12: As long as you pull down and stretch them away, I've never had a problem with paint damage either!
