I've been using my M18 grass trimmer for about 4 years, and I really love it. However, I've noticed that it tends to stop running after 10 to 15 minutes of use, almost like it needs a break. Swapping out the batteries doesn't seem to fix the issue. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do to troubleshoot this?

What model do you have? I own the Gen I Quik-Lok, and it's super picky about the line I use. If the line causes too much drag, it can overheat and randomly shut off. Just something to consider!
Is there a better one out now?
It might be a good idea to check if the vents are clogged with grass and debris. Sometimes a simple vacuuming can really help clear that up and improve airflow. Give that a shot!
