Hey everyone! I recently relocated and removed my living room TV and the mount to set everything up at my new place. After about three weeks of settling in, I finally got the mount up on the wall. When I went to attach it to the TV, the holes just don't line up! The width seems fine, but there's a significant vertical difference between the top and bottom screw holes on the back of the TV compared to the mount. I'm pretty sure I had it mounted correctly in all four holes before the move. I can't see any mechanism on the mount to adjust it either. Is there something I could be missing? This is making me feel like I'm losing my mind!

Have you checked if the mount was maybe installed vertically before? Sometimes people accidentally mix them up, and it could cause the misalignment you're seeing. Just a thought!
Good point! It's easy to forget how it was set up. Also, did you by any chance take a picture of the setup before moving it?
