Hey everyone! I just got my Milwaukee mower and the 12.0 Forge batteries, but I noticed something odd with the supercharger. When I put them both on the charger, one showed that it was fast charging, while the other didn't have the fast charging light on. Once I took the fast-charging battery off, the other one's light turned on, and it started charging faster. I couldn't find much info on this online. Shouldn't the supercharger be able to charge both batteries at the same speed at the same time? ?

Yeah, that's interesting! I’ve got the dual bay rapid charger too and I noticed it has a fan, which helps with cooling. It’s great that you already own the supercharger because it really speeds up charging. I charged both my 12.0 Forge batteries in about 40 minutes last weekend!
I think I found the answer! The supercharger prioritizes charging one battery quickly while still giving a slower charge to the second battery. This is likely to manage power and heat limits, making sure the charger is efficient and safe to use.
I wondered about that too before. It seems like they designed it this way on purpose to manage the limitations you mentioned. Efficient design for sure!

Exactly! It’s a thoughtful design decision. They want to avoid overheating and keep costs in check. Plus, getting one battery charged fast can be really handy!
