I'm having a frustrating issue with my main apartment door handle. It gets stuck halfway, and I have to push it down really hard to get it to open, which isn't ideal and might break it sooner or later. I've attempted to fix it by filing the bottom hole to reduce friction, but that hasn't helped at all, and I'm worried about making it worse.
