I recently had my bathroom remodeled, and I've noticed that my new fan seems to only pull air from one side during a tissue test. My previous fan was capable of sucking in air from both sides. Is this how it's supposed to work, or could there have been an installation mistake? By the way, I also have a heater in my bathroom. Here's a link to some pictures: https://imgur.com/a/lKUctjG.

Yeah, that’s usually how these combo units operate. One side is for venting moisture, while the other provides heat. If it’s working correctly, you're all set!
You got it! Most combo units split their function like that. If everything is warm and dry, it seems like they installed it right!
It sounds like you have a combo fan and heater setup. Typically, one side is designed for ventilation while the other side provides heat, so it’s normal for only one side to pull air in. As long as it's functioning properly and the heater is working, you should be good!

Exactly! Just double-check the settings if you're ever unsure, but it sounds all good.
