Why is my indoor Shady Lady olive plant losing its leaves?

Hey everyone! My Shady Lady olive plant has started dropping leaves like it's going out of style, and I'm really worried that it might not survive. I'm hoping to get some advice or thoughts on what I can do. Has anyone else dealt with this issue?

Olive plants can be pretty tough to care for indoors. They really need a lot of sunlight, and if they're not getting enough, they tend to drop leaves. I used to have the same problem every year during this season. Just a heads up, they don’t always thrive in indoor conditions unless you have the right setup! Maybe try moving it closer to a window or using grow lights? It might save your plant!

Oh, I didn't know sunlight was that critical! I’ll definitely adjust the light situation for mine.

I've had my Shady Lady olive plant for about six months now, and I feel your pain. It's really hard to keep them healthy indoors. My best advice is to ensure it gets at least six hours of direct sunlight daily. If you're still struggling, it might be worth looking into transferring it outdoors during warmer months if that's an option for you!
