I recently installed a new light fixture, but it's not hanging straight. The hangers are the same length and the ceiling is level, yet the fixture is slanted. I've noticed that one of the hooks on the right is really tight and feels like it's taking on a lot of weight, while the one on the left seems loose and isn't even touching the fixture. Any suggestions on why this is happening and how I can fix it? Just a heads up, the ceiling isn't finished where the previous light used to be, but that's another project for later.

Can you take a closer look at where the poles connect at the top? It seems like the left link isn't seated properly and might need to be pushed down more.
Make sure to double-check the installation instructions and adjust the chains if necessary. Something might not be aligned properly, especially at the connection points.
First off, have you tried gently poking the fixture to see if it swings freely? If the left chain is locked up, that could definitely be causing the tilt.
