Why is One of My Outdoor Faucets Not Working?

I'm dealing with a bit of a plumbing mystery here in Atlanta. I have three outdoor faucets, and during this unusually cold January, I wrapped them all up to protect them from the freeze. Now, I'm faced with a problem: one of the faucets won't release any water when I turn it on. I've checked my basement, but there's only one valve for shutting off the external water supply, and since the other two faucets are functioning properly, I'm stumped. Before I reach out to a plumber, I'd love to hear any troubleshooting tips you might have!

It sounds like you might need a new check assembly for that faucet. I found this helpful video that might shed some light on the issue: [this link](https://youtu.be/l4Eue_YxK1w). Good luck troubleshooting it!

You could be looking at a blockage or maybe a damaged pipe. I recommend removing the faucet head to see if there's any debris inside. If that doesn’t do the trick, take a look at the pipes for any visible damage or leaks.
