Why is the M12 2563 Stubby Impact Out of Stock Everywhere?

I've been trying to find the M12 2563-20 stubby impact, but it seems to be out of stock everywhere. I currently have the older version that delivers around 250 ft-lb, but I'm eager to upgrade. Does anyone know why it's so hard to find right now? Are there any plans for a new model soon?

This model was really popular because it was part of some BMSM deals. People were getting them for as low as $107, which explains the quick sell-out.

The M12 2563 has been in short supply since it launched. There’s definitely more inventory for the 3/8 versions of the impacts. Both models were released last year, so I wouldn’t expect a new version coming out soon.

The new stubby impact is way more powerful, and a lot of people were snagging them at great prices, like around $118. That's probably why stock is low.
