Hey everyone, I'm a first-time homeowner and I'm not very familiar with home maintenance. I've noticed that every time it rains, a small puddle of water forms under the corner of my siding. We do have gutters, so I'm confused about why this is happening. Could anyone help me figure out what might be causing this? It sounds like you have a J-channel at the bottom of your siding. When it rains, water can run down the siding and collect in this channel before draining out.
