I just got a DeWalt tire inflator from Amazon, but it's not functioning at all! I've tried several batteries that I've tested and confirmed work with other tools, but when I press the "play" button, nothing happens. Is there something I'm missing here?

Make sure the power button is on and try setting the target PSI with the dial before hitting play. That's often a step that gets overlooked!
Have you checked if it can run using the high volume pump? Also, try it with the 12V input option if you can. That might help figure out if it's a battery issue.
Not sure about the 12V option, but I'll give it a go in the morning!
