I just had a new electric 50-gallon water heater installed, but it's not heating up at all! My multimeter shows 240V at the top element, but nothing at the bottom, and it's been four hours with cold water still. Should I consider adding some pics for clarity?

Since it was installed by a pro, I’d recommend calling them back to check on it. Also, don’t forget to double-check the thermostats! They might need a quick look.
